Wedding & Event Florals in Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky - with prices you can actually see.

Hi, I'm Ivette, and I want to start our conversation the way most florists end it: with the numbers.
Flair Flower Bar & Studio designs wedding flowers and custom event florals from our studio in Florence, Kentucky, for celebrations across Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. We've dressed ceremonies at The Madison Event Center in Covington, tablescapes at The Columns in Cincinnati, backyard weddings in Union, and brand launches in Newport. What I've learned in thirty years of doing this is that the flowers are rarely the hard part. The unknowns are.
So we're doing something the wedding industry doesn't usually do. Every starting price we use in the studio is on this page. You can build your own estimate, watch it add up as you go, and send it to us when it feels right. No questionnaire to fill out before you're allowed to know what things cost. No "inquire for pricing." No pressure.
Why we're stepping outside industry norms
Most couples walk into a floral consultation with a Pinterest board and a knot in their stomach, because nobody has told them whether their vision is a $3,000 idea or a $12,000 one. We think that's backwards. You should be able to see what a Classic bridal bouquet costs, what a lush arch costs, and what fifteen centerpieces cost, before you ever give us your email.
Transparency does two things. It takes the guesswork out of planning your wedding flowers, and it lets you decide, honestly and early, whether Flair is the right fit for your budget. If we are, wonderful. If we aren't, you've lost nothing but a few minutes, and we'll still point you in a good direction. That's not a sales tactic. It's just how I'd want to be treated.
Why couples choose Flair for wedding and event flowers
You'll know where you stand from day one
Real starting prices, an estimate you build yourself, and two clear investment options after your consultation. Nothing hidden in the fine print.
Designer's choice, your palette
We commit to your colors, your style, and the feel of your inspiration, then source the freshest seasonal blooms that deliver it. That flexibility keeps your pricing honest and your flowers beautiful.
Designed with intention, at every budget
Whether it's a single bouquet for an elopement or a full-service installation, every piece gets the same care, the same eye for detail, and the same commitment to looking like it belongs to you.
Full service when you want it, à la carte when you don't
Delivery, installation and breakdown are separate lines you can choose, because many couples have a venue team or family who help. You only pay for the help you need.
Thirty years of experience
Floral design, retail, and floral merchandising for a national retailer, brought together in a small woman-owned studio in Florence, KY.
Honest about what things cost
Specialty blooms, peak holiday weeks, rentals and custom installations all have real costs. We tell you what they are up front, in plain language, before you commit.

Let's talk numbers before we talk flowers
Welcome! We built this little tool for you. Choose the pieces you're picturing for your day and watch an estimate take shape, no email required and no pressure.
Why we made this
Florals are one of the biggest question marks in a wedding budget, and most couples don't find out what things cost until after a consultation. We'd rather you know first. This calculator shows you the same starting prices we use in the studio, explains what drives them, and helps you see where your money makes the most impact.
Most of all, it lets us make sure we're the right fit for your budget before you invest your time in the process. If the numbers feel right, wonderful — send us your estimate and we'll turn it into a real proposal. If they don't, you've lost nothing but a few minutes, and we're still happy to point you in a good direction.
Before you fall in love with a number
This tool is an estimate, not a quote. Every price assumes designer's choice: we select the freshest seasonal blooms that deliver your theme, color palette and style. We don't promise specific varieties, because availability and quality shift week to week, and that flexibility is what keeps your pricing honest.
Specialty and luxury blooms cost more
Peonies, garden roses, orchids, anthurium, amaranthus and anything out of season carry premium cost. These are calculated from estimated current wholesale pricing, and some costs adjust with industry demand between the time you plan and the week of your event.
Vessels and hard goods are extra
Urns, pedestals, compotes, vases, lanterns and stands are priced separately as rentals or purchases, and certain containers or vessels chosen for centerpieces and other designs can raise the cost of that design. Many of today's ceremony and aisle pieces are built in unseen Lomey dishes on purpose: less of your budget goes into containers and more goes into the flowers you actually see.
Custom design and planning is its own investment
Large installations, hanging pieces, custom mechanics, venue walk-throughs, timeline coordination and detailed planning are quoted on top of the pieces themselves. Luxury takes hours you never see.
Your final number comes from a conversation
After a 30-minute consultation you'll receive two clear investment options. That proposal, not this calculator, is what we design and deliver against.
Questions couples ask us most
How much do wedding flowers cost in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky?
Most couples we work with invest between $2,500 and $10,000, and the biggest drivers are guest count (more tables means more centerpieces), the size of your ceremony installation, and how many specialty blooms you want. A bridal bouquet starts at $250, centerpieces at $95 per table, and an arch installation at $600. Use the estimate builder above to see your own number in a few minutes, or read the full breakdown on our blog.
Is the estimate I build here the actual price I'll pay?
It's a starting point, not a quote. Every price assumes designer's choice, meaning we select the freshest seasonal blooms that deliver your colors and style. Specialty flowers, rentals, and delivery details can move the number, and your consultation proposal is what we design and deliver against. We'd rather you see honest numbers early than be surprised later.
Can I order just a bouquet or a few pieces without a full package?
Yes. Everything in the estimate builder is available à la carte, and elopements and small weddings often order a bridal bouquet, a couple of bridesmaid bouquets and boutonnières for pickup at our Florence studio. Delivery and setup are separate lines you can add or skip.
Do you deliver to Cincinnati wedding venues?
We deliver and install throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, including Covington, Newport, Union, Burlington, Hebron and Erlanger, and we've designed at The Madison Event Center, The Columns, and many private venues and homes. Delivery is priced by distance from our studio in Florence, KY, and venues beyond 50 miles are quoted individually.
How far in advance should I book my wedding florist?
Six to twelve months ahead is ideal, especially for Saturday dates in May, June, September and October. That said, we've happily designed weddings on much shorter notice, so send your estimate and we'll tell you honestly whether your date is available.
Do you do flowers for events that aren't weddings?
Absolutely. Corporate dinners, brand launches, showers, birthdays, galas and memorials all use the same estimate builder; just choose "an event or party" at the top and the form adjusts to what you need. We also offer our interactive Flower Bar for showers and corporate events.
Are vases, arches and candles included in the prices?
Every centerpiece includes a low compote or vase. Urns, pedestals, arch structures, lanterns and specialty vessels are rentals quoted in your proposal, and candles are sold as a purchase so they're yours to keep. We build many ceremony and aisle pieces in unseen mechanics on purpose, so your budget goes to flowers you can see rather than containers you can't.
What if my wedding falls on a peak floral holiday?
Flower markets raise wholesale prices around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas through New Year's. If your date lands in one of those weeks we pass that cost through, usually around 15% on the florals, and we'll tell you before you book so there are no surprises.
What happens after I send my estimate?
We reply within 2–3 business days with a link to schedule a 30-minute consultation. After that call you'll receive two clear investment options. Your date is held for 7 days after you receive them, no deposit needed during that window.
