How Much Do Wedding Flowers Cost in Cincinnati? Now You Can See for Yourself

Hi, it's Ivette. I want to tell you about something we just launched, and why it matters more to me than most things we've added to our website.

Every week, someone reaches out to us with the same question, asked a dozen different ways: "I don't want to waste your time, but roughly, what would flowers cost for a wedding like mine?" And every week, the honest answer has been "it depends," followed by an inquiry form, a wait, a consultation, and only then a number.

That's how the wedding industry has always worked. I don't think it's how it should work.

What we built

There's now a floral estimate calculator on our Weddings & Events page. You pick the pieces you're picturing, and it shows you a starting price as you go. No email required to browse. No questionnaire before you're allowed to see what things cost.

Every number in it is the same starting price we use in the studio. A Classic bridal bouquet starts at $250. A Classic centerpiece is $145 per table. A single-spray arch installation starts at $600. Those aren't teaser prices; they're the real ones. And right above the calculator you'll find our four full-service packages, each with a photo from a real wedding so you can see what that investment level actually looks like in a room.

It shows you the sizes, not just the prices

One of the questions I hear most in consultations is "what does a $250 bouquet actually look like next to a $450 one?" So we drew them. Each bouquet size has an illustration with its measured width across, and the card lights up when you tap the size you're considering.

We did the same for arch installations, because the jump from a single spray to a full floral arch is a real jump in cost, and you should be able to see why.

And for centerpieces, a top-down view of which size sits well on which table, so your guests can still see each other across a 60-inch round.

Your estimate builds in real time

As you add pieces, the estimate updates on the right (or in a bar at the bottom of your phone). It shows a starting number and an "up to" number, because premium and specialty blooms cost more, and I'd rather you see that range now than be surprised later. When you're ready, add your date and venue and send it straight to us.

The honest part

I want to be clear about what this is and isn't. It's an estimate, not a quote. Every price assumes designer's choice: we select the freshest seasonal blooms that deliver your colors and style, rather than promising specific varieties months in advance. Specialty and luxury blooms carry premium cost and are calculated from current wholesale pricing. Vessels, arches and stands are available on request and quoted in your proposal. Candles are a purchase, so they're yours to keep. Delivery, installation and breakdown are their own lines, because many couples have a venue team or family who handle part of it, and you shouldn't pay for help you don't need.

Before you fall in love with a number, a plain-language explanation of what affects wedding floral pricing

All of that is written on the page, in plain language, before you send anything. There's a short FAQ at the bottom too, with the questions we get asked most, from "how far ahead should I book?" to "what if my date is near Valentine's Day?"

Why we're doing this

Transparency does two things. It takes the guesswork out of planning your wedding flowers. And it lets you decide, honestly and early, whether Flair is the right fit for your budget. If we are, wonderful. Send your estimate and we'll turn it into a real proposal within a few days. If we aren't, you've lost nothing but a few minutes, and we'll still point you in a good direction.

That's not a sales tactic. It's just how I'd want to be treated.

It works for events too, not only weddings. Choose "an event or party" at the top and the form adjusts for corporate dinners, showers, galas and celebrations, including our interactive Flower Bar.
