At Flair Flower Bar & Studio, we take great care in ensuring that your floral arrangements and gifts are delivered with the utmost quality and freshness. Below is our detailed shipping and delivery policy, including estimated delivery times and costs.

Local Delivery Information

We proudly offer local flower delivery to Florence, KY, and surrounding areas, including Cincinnati.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10am, Monday-Saturday.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available business day.

Delivery Days:

We deliver Monday through Saturday. Sunday deliveries are limited to special events and pre-arranged orders.

Delivery Costs:

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
  • Standard delivery fees range from $15-$20 depending on distance
  • Additional charges may apply for special deliveries, special requests, or extended delivery zones.

In-Store Pickup

  • Customers can opt for free in-store pickup at our Florence, KY, location.
  • Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.
  • Orders must be picked up during business hours.

Delivery Policy & Guidelines

  1. Recipient Availability: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is home, our delivery driver will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place or a written notification will be left for instructions on how to pickup their flower delivery. A delivery notification will be sent to the sender.
  2. Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional delivery fees may apply for reattempted delivery.
  3. Weather & Unforeseen Delays: Extreme weather conditions or unexpected delays may impact delivery times. We will notify customers of any changes as soon as possible.
  4. Holiday & Peak Times: During major holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery times may vary due to high demand. We recommend placing orders in advance.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations to non-event related flower orders must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be modified or canceled.
