At Flair Flower Bar & Studio, each arrangement and curated gift is thoughtfully designed with care and intention. Because many of our items are perishable or made-to-order, the following policies apply to all purchases made for local delivery or in-store pickup.

By placing an order with Flair Flower Bar & Studio, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Fresh Floral Arrangements – Local Delivery & Pickup

All fresh floral arrangements are custom-designed and perishable.

Fresh floral orders are final sale once created, prepared, or delivered.

Order Changes

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.
We will do our best to accommodate requests before design work begins, but changes are not guaranteed.

Our Fresh Flower Promise

We use the freshest blooms available and design each piece with care. If your arrangement does not meet expectations upon delivery:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup
  • Photo documentation of the arrangement in its original condition is required
  • Flowers must have been properly cared for according to provided care instructions

If a quality issue is verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement of equal value, or
  • A partial or full refund at our discretion

Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been completed.
Failure to follow proper care instructions voids any freshness consideration.


2. Non-Perishable Retail Items – Local Delivery & Pickup

This applies to curated gift items, décor, and non-perishable merchandise.

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery or pickup.

To Be Eligible for Return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and tags
  • Must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return authorization must be granted before bringing an item back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Refunds (Non-Perishable Items)

If your return is approved:

  • Refund applies to the product purchase price only
  • Local delivery fees are non-refundable
  • Any service fees are non-refundable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.


4. Damages or Incorrect Items (Non-Perishable Items)

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 72 hours
  • Provide photo documentation of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be due to our error, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

Claims submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

  • Fresh flowers and plants
  • Custom floral designs
  • Personalized or special-order items
  • Wedding and event florals
  • Flower Bar rentals
  • Deposits of any kind
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Deposits secure design time and inventory procurement and are therefore non-refundable.


6. Holiday Orders

Due to high seasonal volume and advance inventory purchasing for major floral holidays (including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day):

  • All holiday sales are final
  • Cancellations or refunds are not guaranteed once production has begun
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Flair Flower Bar & Studio will provide documentation including order confirmation, timestamps, delivery confirmation, and this published policy to the payment processor.

Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in refusal of future service.
