Flair Flower Bar Shipping & Local Delivery Policy

At Flair Flower Bar, every order is more than a delivery — it’s a thoughtfully prepared experience meant to bring beauty, joy, and connection. Whether you’re sending our luxury gifts and floral-inspired décor nationwide, or ordering fresh flowers for delivery in the Florence, KY & Greater Cincinnati area, we handle every detail with the same love and care.

🌎 Nationwide Shipping Policy

We’re delighted to now offer nationwide shipping for our curated collection of non-perishable gifts, home décor, and floral-inspired keepsakes — allowing you to share a touch of Flair anywhere in the U.S.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 12PM EST begin processing the next business day.
  • Orders placed after 12PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
  • Standard processing time is 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • During peak seasons (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or Christmas), please allow an additional 1–2 days for order fulfillment.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail, which includes $100 of shipping insurance and tracking.

  • Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after shipment.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted rates — join our email list to stay updated.

Currently, we ship within the continental U.S. only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimated by USPS and may vary due to distance, weather, or seasonal demand.
Once a package leaves our studio, Flair Flower Bar is not responsible for postal delays, lost, or stolen packages.
For additional coverage, please contact us before placing your order to arrange for added shipping insurance.

Damages or Issues

Each item is securely packaged and inspected before shipping.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@flairflowerbar.com, including photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.  Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for additional information

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Eco-Friendly & Gift-Ready Packaging

All shipped items are beautifully wrapped and ready to gift — packaged with recyclable materials whenever possible and the signature Flair Flower Bar touch that makes every order special.

💐 Local Delivery & In-Studio Pickup Policy (Florence, KY & Greater Cincinnati)

We love serving our local community with fresh floral arrangements, custom boxes, and same-day flower delivery throughout Florence, KY and the Greater Cincinnati area. Every bouquet and box is handcrafted in our studio and delivered with care by our in-house team.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver within a 20-mile radius from our studio in Florence, Kentucky (41042), including most of Northern Kentucky and the Cincinnati area.
If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please use our postal code checker at the top of our website to verify if we deliver there.

Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 10 AM EST to qualify (subject to availability).

  • Orders placed after 10 AM EST will be scheduled for next-day delivery.

  • During busy floral holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.), delivery times may vary. We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred date.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and distance from our studio.
Local pickup is always free.

Studio Pickup

You may select In-Studio Pickup at checkout to collect your order from:

Pickup is available during our regular business hours. Select the time that works best for your schedule, we do require 4+ hour preparation time depending on the item you choose for pickup.

Delivery Policy & Handling

Our drivers deliver personally to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
If no one is available to receive the order:

  • The arrangement may be left in a safe, shaded area (weather permitting), or
  • We’ll attempt to contact the recipient for delivery instructions.

Re-delivery fees will apply if a second attempt is needed.

Returns & Order Changes

Because floral arrangements are perishable and custom-made, all local deliveries are final sale once created or delivered.
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Return & Refund Policy

Our Fresh Flower Promise

Every arrangement is created with care, using the freshest blooms available. If your order does not meet expectations upon delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
As flowers are perishable, we may ask for photos of the arrangement in its original condition to assist in ensuring your satisfaction and maintaining our quality standards.
