The policy allows necessary substitutions within a specific color palette, maintaining the overall style, value and elegance  of the chosen arrangement. By making a purchase on our website, you authorize us to make necessary substitutions within a specific color palette. The designers use their expertise to make the best possible substitutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction. A $35 minimum order is required for delivery. Delivery fees are $15 for addresses within a 10-mile radius and $20 for addresses between 10–20 miles. This fee is calculated and displayed at checkout — no hidden charges or additional service fees.
