There’s a certain stillness that settles over the studio after the last bouquet has been delivered, the last ribbon tied, and the last customer’s smile has walked out the door. It’s in that quiet-long after the world has slowed down-that Flair Flower Bar’s heart beats the loudest.
Most people see the finished moments: the lush boxes, the romantic bouquets, the colorful flower bars bursting with joy. But “after hours” is where the real magic meets intention. It’s where my ideas breathe. It’s where my prayers, thoughts, and creativity meet the purpose God placed in my hands.
Late evenings in my office look different than the daytime hustle.
The lights are softer.
The air is calm.
The inspiration is deeper.
Sometimes I sit at my desk surrounded by notebooks, sketches, and the scent of whatever flowers linger from the day. Other times, I just sit in the stillness—reflecting, dreaming, or simply thanking God for all He’s brought me through. As a business owner, a creative, a mom, and a woman of faith, these quiet moments are where everything aligns again.
After hours is when the vision gets sharpened.
After hours is where the next season of Flair is born.
After hours is where I remember why I started.
Running a luxury floral brand isn’t just about creating beautiful arrangements, planning the perfect event or curating unique gifts for our boutique. It’s about cultivating beauty from the inside-beauty in service, beauty in intention, beauty in experience, and beauty in the story behind every bloom. And while the world sees flowers, bows, boxes, and color… God sees the heart of a woman simply trying to honor Him with her gifts.
