Before launching Flair Flower Bar, Ivette honed her skills as a young floral designer before moving into retail management that lead to a long career that brought her floral background and love for retail together. Her experience in floral product development, merchandising and retail management gave her a strong foundation in understanding the importance of creating memorable, meaningful experiences. This background, paired with her entrepreneurial spirit, led her to pursue her dream of opening a boutique flower and gift studio that brings joy to every customer.
Inspired by a gap she saw in the market for sophisticated floral designs, Ivette founded Flair Flower Bar to provide more than just flowers—she created a space where artistry and intention come together.
